How do I get into

    Hi,have been advised to have optimum resolution and refresh rate for my monitor...its flickering,...how do I get into,to do this??..sugesstions for optimum etc...was ...640by480...16 bit colour??....thanks, philthy

    Opposite click on the destop, and select "settings"... try 800x600 true color instead. The refresh rate for a LCD monitor is 60Hz. A CRT monitor is 72Hz or higher. What kind of monitor are you using?
