try either pressing either F2 or Delete right after you turn on the computer.

    (First try F2)

    nickc's advice is spot on.
That option only works (for a few seconds) when your BIOS is set to start from CD first.

How Do i set my bios to that?? I dont even know what bios is. help please

Read the friendly manual that came with your motherboard.
Also, immediately after starting the PC, you should see a message to press (usually) the Del key to go into BIOS.

Being as inexperienced as you seem to be, I would advise to ask for assistance from someone more knowledgeable. Messing with the BIOS is not for the faint-hearted.

leave BIOS updates for experienced computer programmers and technicians. screwing up a BIOS will render your PC useless.
