how do you create a rescue disk to cd or dvd with avgfree? + security help

ive installed avgfree + want to create a rescue disk to cd or dvd, can anyone help me on this? thank you. also, i have installed avgfree, & spybot search & destroy, but dont know what else ill need to protect my computer. i also have pcgaurd running as well which has antivirus,spyware,firewall,etc....any help would be great thank you.

you should not install another antivius while you already have one running, you should uninstall the old one first,

But as the other one has firewall and antispyware i would say you should disable or uninstall the antivirus part of pcguard (if it is possible) if you intend to use avg free.

I dont know if you can create a rescue disk with avg free version but if you could then it would be on the options or settings menu.
