How do you get rid of absolutely everything on my HD?

HI!

I was wondering if it was possible to get rid of everything on my HD. Each time I reformat my HD, the partition gets smaller and smaller. When I bought my computer, the HD was 200G, now when I reformat I only can get rid of 130 or somwhere arround. Is it possible or do I need to buy a new HD?

Something`s not right.

Go HERE and download one of the hard drive diagnostic utilities.

Test your hard drive.

Most if not all of the utilities will allow you to wipe your hard drive.

Please let us know the results.

also try killdisk it actually wipes the hardrive formatting dosent cover the whole disk i always killdisk my drive and format it
