  1. how i change my shadowing and caching bios?
    its getting blue screen adn say to change the options how do i do it?

    Exactly what is your Intel motherboard's model number? We need this number to check the bios type and it's options

    It would be more useful to know what the BSOD error was.

    The guff about changing shadowing and caching is just Windows
    pretending to be helpful.

    Go and read "Before posting your minidumps, please read this"

    then post some minidumps,if necessary.

    Video drivers and games are common causes.

    Try updating the bios to version -04
