How to change vista boot screen name?

I had 2 hdd, each one installed with ultimate vista.. the primary vista is my personal OS which i use it for work, the other one is for my family to use.. my question is.. every time I enter the bootscreen, in which i have to choose which OS should i use. Im quite wondering if it is possible to change the bootscreen name of windows? since i use VISTA for both .. both choices are labeled as windows vista.. is there any method in which i can change the name of the other windows boot menu, something like windows vista (family) .. i hope you get my point ~.~

Can be a little of a concern on Vista SP1, some users have reported that they needed to re-install Windows after trying to change their Boot Screen
