How to download from computer to memory card

If this is the wrong forum please excuse me, didn't know where to post and this seemed the best place. My name is true notatechie

This is my problem, I want to download pictures from my computer to a memory card, in my camera. I set the camera to show as a disc won't do it. Either doesn't show in my computer or shows as camera.

Does this mean it can't be done or do I have to reload camera software, or did I miss something.

Know some out there in techspot world can help so here I sit awaiting an answer

Why are you tryin to send pictures from the PC to the camera, shouldnt it be the other way round ?


if so it depends on the camera, mine wont show up as a removable drive, it has a removable Sd card in it, i bought a cheap one pound USB > SD card reader from the pound shop and just use that, however my dad has a camera that shows up as a removable drive.

Cause kids gave us a digital picture frame
So, inorder to see pix of grandkids etc. need to do it
