Hello, I have been trying to solve a blue screen error problem for a while now. Thanks to Rick and his screen shots, I was able to solve this 2wk problem in less than 30 min...
I hope it's okay to share this link with others because I am not the only one with this problem and they need to know that you guys exist...

    Rick you rock!!!

P.S. You have made a little 4yr old very happy...(it was his computer)...

I have clicked on forums but cannot find a button anywhere that says New Thread - I think I must be losing the plot

I have placed in Bold (in quote above) the part you have missed
    So to be very clear:
    • Click on the word Forums (^^ way up there in blue)
    • Then select the appropriate (sub) Forum
    • Then click on the "New Thread" button
    I hope this helps ;)

Any further issues please go back and read this guide again

    Hi jone24s

You need to post a new (and your own) thread as no one will really notice your problem posted here. Look at the start of this thread for How to Post a New Thread!

    Yes me too

I went searching around before creating the quick HowTo, and found single post replies on other forums, which weren't too informative

I realized as many "Newcomers" were not forum gurus :D , and posting in any forum online can be quite difficult to find your way around (for the first time)

So that prompted this New Topic here ;)
