How to restart a Windows XP repair?

Long story short, I'm stalling at 34 minutes and I can't find the problem in the setupapi.log file so I'm hoping an inf file was copied wrong during setup...therefore I need to restart windows repair but as of now when I reboot the comp, setup continues where it left off...how do I start the whole repair process over?
