How will I know if a graphics card will work for me

It should work since it does not use any external power and you have a somewhat modern CPU (AMD X4). But to make sure, like Stick said, we need your full specs.

Gyazo is just a screen shot tool and how do I get the other details (I'm not so good with computers) I have the Zt systems computer
