Hp pavilion a705w sound problems

i had to reset my system a while back and every since my sound wont work and i have tried some drives but i dont think they are the right ones what do i need to try to get it to wrok?

yeah i tried that i just went into my control panal under sound and it said there is no audio device instaled. im confused it worked befor but now it wont?
