Html/framer virus

  1. Localea Newcomer, in training

    since this afternoon my residents shield on my avg..is showing that i have a virus it says ...HTML/FRAMER VIRUS...when i click on to move to vault it says unaccessible...as when i also try to click on it as to remove with unhealdinfection it says item unaccessible..and on 2 of the 3 ..and the third one of the virus cause it shows in 3s that its in the vault....i dont know and undertand if im a truely removing it ..because the protection keeps comin up nonstop the same way..can u please help me figure what to do
