Html Signature Error In Outlook

Hi All,

I recently got a HTML signature for outlook 2003.
When i Attach the signature, all looks fine, however when i send the email, i have a great BIG RED X where the signature should be.

As i said, the setup all looks good, but doesn't follow through.

I have checked that i am sending HTML emails.
Anything else you recommend?
