Hulu to offer free TV episodes to all mobile users this summer

    Yeah, they can easily offer their own content for free over mobile. Now that they have established their mobile app user base, the only thing blocking hulu from broadcasting all its content to mobile is not cost. The mobile ad revenue should easily cover for the costs of app development at this point. No, the only problem at this point is that external content owners have differentiated between desktop and mobile access and their greedy palms have clenched on that baseless differentiation and demand a premium of content delivered to "mobile" platforms. Don't expect anything from the big 4 networks to be allowed. As it is, Hulu still can't get greedy CBS to allow any contracts for primetime TV content on hulu. Don't expect free mobile with fox, nbc, or abc content.
