In short: DRam and NAND prices may be shooting up thanks to a factory explosion. The factory is said to be the main supplier of Nvidia's GDDR5 memory as well a supplier of AMD and a supplier of NAND which is in all sorts of devices, so perhaps we'll see an increase in the price of a variety of devices.
