I Am Having Trouble Burning With My Lg 4160b Burner And Nero Any Ideas?

Hi Guys, I Hope I Have Put This In The Right Section. I Have A Lg Dual Layer Burner And I Have Had Endless Trouble Burning With Nero. It Comes Up Error Reading Data, Burns Incorrectly Or Wont Recognise Disc At All. I Updated Firmware And This Did Not Fix The Problem. I Took The Burner Back To The Store Thinking It May Have Been Faulty And They Replaced It But It Is Still Doing The Same Thing. At The Moment It Is Burning A Disc Through Dvd Shrink With No Problems So Far. Has Anyone Had A Problem With Nero And This Model Of Burner? I Am Using Nero Ultra Edition. Can Anyone Recommend Any Burning Software They Have Found Good?

Does this happen with every disk?

If so, maybe you did not install it correctly, or you have a damaged ribbon cable.

Hi, It Happens Intermittently. Sometimes Certain Copies It Wont Read, Others It Will. It Is Really Tempremental. Iwas Wondering If I Should Change My Burning Software??

Check Nero's site and see if they have any updated ASPI drivers for dual-layer drives.
