There is this pop up that is internal not thru the internet that reads:

The title says: homesec.exe - Unable to locate component

This application has failed to start because prmdlib.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

I dont what application i was trying to install.

I really need help it pops up every minute and wont stop.

try deleting homesec.exe and all affiliated files.

You can manually remove the program by deleting it as yangly18 have advised you to do so; also you may have to scour windows registry to remove any references to the this program/its folder by using regedit.exe.

By separating the word into 2 parts [prmn lib] I find:
PRMD ( PR ivate M anagement D omain) An inhouse e-mail service.

I suggest never attempting to delete or remove ANY file when you don't know what it is!
