I can't open a program

Whenever I try to right-click or double click to open Belkin Wireless Connection, wouldn't open or appear on the screen. When I open Window Task it's running, but i dont see nothing. I'm trying to connect to the internet on my other computer, but it won't connect for nothing. I reinstall the program so many times, it still wouldn't work. Can anyone please help me? Thanx

never mind i found the problem and didn't need any help
all i did was reinstall it again and reconnect the adapter
and i was good to go! yay me!!
