  1. I am not sure what is wrong, but whenever I press control alt delete, I cannot access my task manager. Can someone help me get rid of all the stuff I dont need?

    Hi,

    Fix this entry.
    O3 - Toolbar: The retnsrp - {9EF873D0-0259-4D2A-AA60-F61FA5B28FE8} - C:\Windows\retnsrp.dll (file missing)

I would recommend you run through the 15 step instructions, as your system may have some nasties residing in it.

    Regards,
    momok
