I give up - How do I copy links in my Favorites to other places!?

My work machine just has Internet Exploder.

I have thus far been unable to fathom how to
copy links in my Favorites and paste them onto
i.e. forum posts.

In Netscape, it's SO simple!!

Right click on the the favourite you want,select properties,then copy the url,and paste into wherever.

I thought that was the way I was trying that, but just to make
sure I tried it again.

When I go to paste, I don't have the paste option.

I spose that's cuz IE tries not to work with my excite email
just to P me off (and to try to force me to use their email).

In the Internet options/security of IE, is copy and paste files enabled ? Is it only in excite that you get the problem ?

with the left panel open for fav. just click hold url icon and drag to folder????????????
