i want to take a mini fridge mount a car heater core in it for water cooling

It's a cool idea, but I'm not sure that the mini fridge will be able to handle the heat output a computer will make(also depends on how much heat output the computer will generate). Mini fridges generally keep neutral objects cool, not cool hot objects down. It might be too stressful and burn out the mini fridge. I still say go for it though, as long as you don't need the mini fridge.

It should work, but you're right, its gonna put stress on that fridge. It will work for short periods of time, but it would burn out if you tried using it for long stretches.

What I thought you were gonna do was put a computer in a mini fridge, NOT use the fridge itself, and cool the computer via watercooling (with that heatercore outside the fridge).

Either way, its been done before.
