I have a couple of niggly problems with ZoneAlarm Security Suite, can anyone help?

    My first problem is that I want to activate IM Security and AV E-mail scanning, but ZoneAlarm is detecting 3rd party software. Could this be Hotmail using inbuilt Trend Micro?? Because I'm not aware of other software that I use.

    My second is now that I have installed the software, I cannot see certain graphics on webpages, sometimes .jpegs, .gifs, and html, even though I have allowed HTML with IE Explorer. This is especially noted through my e-mails from my Yahoo account, not my Hotmail/Messenger account. Does anyone know if I can tweak this software and how?
