Inactive I have a virus

Hello!
I have a virus that I haven't been able to get rid of with avast and malwarebytes. I've ran both several times with no positive results.

This is what I get constantly from malwarebytes:

I am attempting to follow the 4 step process, but the computer is not allowing me to download either of these

• DDS.com

• DDS.pif

I have temporarily disable the avast antivirus program and the malwarebytes program.
