Every time I download something it's always corrupt and tends to take a little bit longer then it should (not a lot). I know it isn't a hardware problem because it works fine in safemode (with networking), but does NOT work either with Ethernet or wireless when normally booted.
So something is loaded that's messing up my downloads. The machine shipped with norton internet security, but removing that had no effect. I also went into the services and found a few norton services hiding out and killing them didn't make a difference either.
