I live in England but computer/network thinks not

I've got a problem in that my computer/network thinks i'm outside the UK when actually i'm not.

It means i cant play certain videos unless i go through something like youhide.com.

There is one benefit in that i can watch all south park episodes for free.

However, does anyone have an idea how to rectify this?

set the date-timezone

control panel->Date & Time->Time Zone
