I need a new server.

My old server is WinNT4.0 op sys on Pentium 166 system w/SCSI.
Pricewatch list Compaq Proliant P111 servers for $250 w/o drives. 9 gig ultrawide scsi drives are selling for $25. Can anyone give me a better option?
