i need acorp bios update

hi. this is my first post.i need your help.
my motherboard stop working and the technician told me that it needs recharging (updating) its bios. the great problem that the main link of acorp is always broken and i still can not get this bios update.
my motherboard is: acorp 4pm800mnl /socket-478

"Stop working" means what? If the computer doesn't work, then you can't update the BIOS, can you?
