I need help with my cash register.

I have an out dated, old electronic cash register that is acting up. The date is printing out 2/28/07 and I need to fix it for my customers and record keeping. Can some one help me? It's a Hugin Sweda Electronic Cash Register Model #2855 WH. We are a small locksmith shop and I only need the register for cutting keys, but, we cut alot of them and this is not working for me. So, until I can get a new register, can someone help me with reprogramming?

So Google your model and see what you come up with. I repair a lot of stuff, but cash registers are not one of them. Cash registers are considered business machines not actually computers, even though some registers are actually computers
