i need help with RTC 3 having problems playing the game

ok so it is installed and when i hit play. it says..... failed to create Direct 3D device.... now i ahve seen this problem on here before but, my problem is i dont understand computers. So if anyone can help me please do. I need it in engllish though hahahah youknow the *****s guide to RTC3 :haha:

What are your system specs? You most likely need to update your video driver or game or your video card isnt compatable with the game.
