    What PSU do you have?

Any chance that your mobo battery might have worn out? (Highly unlikely though, since your PC is just a few months old.)

Check all your temps using this : http://www.cpuid.com/hwmonitor.php

60C= 140F A bit hot... My 9600GT is running around 40C. I have a single 120mm exhaust fan near the GPU, and a ZEROTherm Nirvana CPU cooler. That's it!

sounds like something in there is heating up your pc, but it restarts itself? i'd think it should turn off. perhaps it's your graphic card. need a fan or something to make things cool while running. it can also be a program or some virus forcing shut down. i would recommend you re enstall your window just backup your files or if you got an externel hard drive not a big problem to re-install new window ^^ that'll fix your problem for sure.

It doesn't matter how many fans you have, if the hot air isn't being removed from inside your case. Cool air comes into the case from the front or side. Hot air is removed out the back or out the top of the case

and for your information video cards can run upto like 90C without issues most of the time so 60C is nothing i know 8800 ultras that would hit 100c which is extremely hot and they still run so that is ok.

The restarting issure could be caused by a failing video card or a poor/ outdated video driver
