  1. Hello,
I just recently reformatted because my pc had some major graphics card errors. Now i have done so i cant see my sata drive. I moved all the files i needed onto my sata drive before i reformatted. Now when I need those files I cant access them. Ive read up some threads about basically the same issue but i couldnt get any solution. I checked BIOS but i couldnt find anything on SATA. When i boot up it says :

Sata drive 1 : SCI3439434 or something, meaning it detected the drive
but in windows it doesnt show it. Ive been in disk manager and i cant see it there either. Please help i cant format this drive as it has EVERYTHING i need!!

You probably didn't install your RAID/SATA controller drivers. When you reformatted, didn't the F6 opportunity arise? Don't forget to install the other motherboard drivers as well.
