I seem to have a Blade Runner Trojan on comp

I am attaching my HJT log hoping someone can determine what i should do from here. Help, it won't let me access techspot, symantec response, anything having to do with "blade" or "runner". Thanks for your help. By the way, this is my first time here, hope I'm following protocol properly.

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.


Post fresh HJT and AVG Antispyware logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.
