Solved I think have a Google redirect Virus and would like some help please

Well I unistalled "sendblaster" and downloads and deleting no longer stall at 99% complete. I took a screen shot at the box that poped up if you are wanting to see it. I'm Just in the process of of installing Secunia Personal Software Inspector.

Right, just had a couple of outdated programs that are being fixed now. In all the computer seems to be running pretty good. Having a read of beepingcomputer now. Thanks for your time and help.
