[Inactive] I think I may have a virus

    Hi there,i hope that you wll be able to help me with my problem.

    Ok here goes.I have a free virus prog (AVG) i also use Malware bytes & Zonealarm.I unwittingly downloaded some programme,i can't recall now what it was & my laptop has been running slow,unable to install/uninstall software ever since.

    When i run AVG or malware it tells me of problems i have but am sure they haven't been removed or put into the virus vault.

    Also am constanly recieving pop ups about my Iobit having updates that am unable to install.Windows constantly has updates that aren't installing.

    Any help would be very much appreciated.
