The title possibly should have read something more on the order of, "Russia Has Possibly Seized "PIA" Private Internet Access' Servers".
This attaches to recent legislation in Russia requiring websites maintain logs/traffic for up to a year.
If someone could, would you please take a look at it, and patch it up as you see fit.
It actually seems to me it could be a staff article for the "News" forum.
