Solved I think its the google redirect virus..please help!

So, My computer is working well ^^ I am not get redirected!! I was wondering if I could get a break down of what exactly was on my computer, and what was removed?

The main issue were some trojans, which were removed by Combofix.

Hey so I noticed a small problem...after the clean. Everytime i take my computer out of hibernation I get a fatal error. Any thoughts?
