I Think Ive Got A Trojan, My task Manager Wont come up , hijack this log inside-

Hi I'm at a loss for what to do
nothing i usally do works
so i came here for some help

i ran spy bot and it deleted what it could
but my taskmanager wont come up and my entire computer is sluggish and very much a hassle to use

heres my hijack this log it was so bad that hijackthis told me that i have a large abount of domains hijacked
so here it is

the cause of all this is limewire and bearshare just gnutella in general
my uncle recently used my computer and i used the other two in the house so i never noticed what he was doing so now here i am.
also im not sure if this is a bonafide symptom or not but the fan is running weird making it "whirr" the entire time its on

and i no longer use morpheus and a few others that show up on this list
im running spy audit atm ill tell you what it says when its done

Logfiles must be posted as attachments and not copy and pasted. I have therefore removed your HJT log.

Your system is infected with a variety of malware.

Very Important: Before deciding whether you should clean or reformat your system, go and read this thread HERE and decide what it is you want to do.

If after reading the above, you wish to clean your system, do the following.

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT, AVG Antispyware and Combofix logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.

Also, let me know the results of the AVG Antirootkit scan.

I dont use this computer for anything more than games or music for the most part i do many other things but no personal information or any buisiness related info is stored here so i can go ahead and clean instead of reformat, and now ill do the rest of the things you adivsed thanks
