Hi, I'm using an Akasa K32 cooler on my 3770 and my max temps seems to be 95 degrees so I'm wondering if I would get better cooling with the stock cooler.

My idle temps are 47 degrees.

Thanks

You shouldnt go past 80C on a CPU, otherwise you are killing its lifespan. The Stock Cooler should be better for now. Get a Hyper 212 Evo for $35 if you want. It is very good.

Yeah that's way to high, my friend bought a 3770 and has the stock Intel cooler on it and after benchmarking and testing it only ever hit 80 Celcius, you might need to get a better cooler or try re-pasting.

Or make sure it is properly placed so that it is in contact with the CPU.

Max temps? You need to define that. Max temps while generally using the PC, or max temps while stress testing? Two completely different things.

Although, going by your idle temp you have some problems. Purchase the Hyper as mentioned above.
