Apple is ready to roll out its redesigned iOS 7 today with its new flat aesthetic and now the company has refaced its iCloud website to fit right in with the mobile operating system's new look.
Led by Apple's president of industrial design Jony Ive, iOS 7 brings a new, cleaner look with a softer color palette, new fonts and the use of translucency. Just about all of which make it onto the new iCloud site design.
You'll notice next time you log in, that not only has the site been made over with refreshed icons, but the user interfaces within the apps themselves have also been re-worked. Mail, Contacts, Calendar, Notes, Find My iPhone and Reminders have all undergone UI overhauls.
Note that the free iWork for iCloud beta apps, which includes Pages, Numbers and Keynote, have not received a make over today. Just last month Apple quietly made the suite of apps free to anyone with an Apple ID.
There has also been some quick access functionality added by clicking on the name of an open app as well as allowing users to more easily switch between apps.
Apple is expected to roll out iOS 7 as of 10am PDT. Apple is pretty routine with rolling out iOS updates, so you can likley expect to see your update based on this time frame.
