Identifying Video and Sound Cards

  1. I know this question is going to sound incredibly stupid, but i just can't figure out how to identify my video and sound cards. Do i have to physically take apart my computer to figure it out or is it listed in the computer somewhere. I heard i could run command prompt, but i'm not sure. If anyone has any advise i would appriciate it.
