IE Explore 6 Error Message

I got a error msg like this: The instruction at "0x6600accc" refererred memory at "0x6600accc" when I cloes IE Explore. Please help!

Do you have the Yahoo! Toolbar installed? If so, remove it by going to Start --> Control Panel --> Add/Remove Programs and then click on it and uninstall.
