IE popup blocker woes

Is there a way to turn of internet exlorer popup blocker once and for all? I've went in over and over in security settings and disabled popup blocker but it still keeps blokcing stuff. I am running IE 7 and no other popup blocker software.

click on tools. select the privacy tab. there you can untick the popup blocker

you have probably got another popup blocker running, such as the google or yahoo one.

try closing your firewall for a short while, then open exlporer and see what happens. if they appear, your firewall needs adjustind
