the instruction at "0x7c9105f8" referenced memory at "0x02020010". The memory could not be "read".
Click ok to terminate the program.

This comes up everytime I leave internet explorer.

Why and how do I fix it?

By installing Firefox or Opera, and NOT using IE, other than for Windows updates.
Is that PC fully updated and, if XP, does it have XP SP2?

My PC has SP2 and all the Windows Updates are installed.
