IExplorer Ctrl+Alt+Dlt processes

Random processes show up on the windows task manager (realplayer, IExplorer, etc.) even though none of the programs are open..

I cant use an online virus scan, the virus scans that i do are clean and i cant find my norton antivirus cd.

If anyone else has had this problem before please Help...
