If you know what the password is you can do this by using the BIOS security settings - enter the existing password and then replace with nothing.

You must reset the whole BIOS by shorting the jumper on the motherboard.
Find the manual for the motherboard and locate the jumper that way - it is not a good idea to go trial and error on this - errors could be fatal to the board!
