IIS & ISDN 401 Unauthorized Access error

    hello!

    I am desperate....:(

    recently i subscribe to ISDN internet connection
    with the idea of manage a WebSite(small bussine) in my home.

    Before of ISDN connection, i test the website with Dial-up and this work fine
    but now the website isn't available!!!

    The web explorer say 401 Unauthorized Access when some one
    attemp to view from the internet....is peculiar in another machine in the Intranet typing the ip address with the web site, this work fine

    whats is wrong?, some friend think in the Router(UT Starcom)
    i don't know....

    any help is great appreciated....
