    Hi all

    I've just signed up (some may know me from other tech boards)

    I wanted to know if I can offer support here for all:
    Windows OS - any
    Dos - any version
    PC and Laptop (sorry not Mac or Linux - but presently working on Ubuntu)
    All hardware (as above) including all addons internal/external
    Network - Lan Wireless Hardware/Software
    Media - Burning / Creating / Using / Editing
    Really everything to do with Windows (+ Packages) and Computer Hardware

    Firstly I wanted to know can I offer support in the first place
    I wanted to know what restrictions I may have in suppporting users
    I would be happy to discuss these things directly with any member before jumping in.

    Thanks for stopping by and taking a proactive approach. Most of us got started with a question/problem, then stayed around to help others.
