Hello everybody! I'm new to this and am looking for help with my Dell Laptop. It's the XPS M140 and I am having trouble with it in the sense that it will only turn on by hitting the media direct button and ends up going to a solid black screen with a finger cursor that's movable. I've tried loading a movie or cd into the drive and nothing happens. I'm really not sure what my next step should be so if anybody else does, I would greatly appreciate it.
