Your PSU has a total of 22A on the +12V rails, which is enough for any card upto an 8600GTS. I'd recommend the HD 4670 as a nice pick.

Unfortunately, if the power supply only supports 18amps on the +12v rail, it's going to hold you back as far as graphics potential goes. If I were you, I would upgrade to at least a 500w power supply with at least 30amps on the +12v rail. The reason is, a 9800GT sells for around $100 so you could use the little bit of extra cash for a better power supply. Those three games you listed should run pretty good with a single 9800GT at lower resolutions (1280 x 1024 or lower). If you don't want to spend quite as much, you could always go with a 9600GT instead, which would run the games almost as good.

The current PSU is a 305W unit with 22A total on the +12V rails, that is split between two rails that can handle a maximum of 18A each.

But yeah, if you're spending $150, you can grab a nice PSU like the Antec Earthwatts EA500 for $50, and an HD 4830 for around $100 or so after rebate. It's a better card than the 9800GT, but if you can't spend more than $150, the 9800GT is not that bad a choice either. And EXCellR8 is right in suggesting the 9600GT, which can be had for under $100 after rebates. But all these will need you to get a new PSU. The HD 4670 will not require a new PSU and can also be had for under $100.

It's your choice entirely.

thanks for all the help, i think i'm gonna buy a new PSU and the hd 4830. I found the power supply at newegg.com for about $50.00 and currently searching where to buy the video card. thanks again
