[Inactive] Can SDFix work on Windows Vista OS for Google Redirect issue?

Obviously, I got this Google Redirect issue.

I have been trying the first steps to run SDFix as given in this thread https://www.techspot.com/vb/topic121856.html

I have installed SDFix.

When I reboot the computer in safe mode and try to run the RunThis.exe file, it just opens up a window and closes it. Nothing happens. I suspect it may not be working on Windows Vista OS. Can anyone please resolve my query?
